The bodies of Elahood enter into a game of identities with the figure and work of Xela Arias. Gender, Galician identity, roots and precariousness are intertwined to question what it is to do something of profit.

2. That it is not the most appropriate, because it is not usual or customary.

Like Xela's poetry, Elahood is always in doubt as to which is the right place, rejecting traditional canons and showing a certain “rebellion” in its creation. A limbo in which it is difficult to find the balance, to bet on a personal language that attends to contemporary creation under urban cultural movements. The meeting points between the language of Elahood and the poetry of Xela Arias are constant. In her work, Xela finds care and affection in the streets and in public spaces.

Urban dances also emerge in the streets and clubs, accompanied by social movements that promote intercultural exchange and the creation of a shared identity. Untimely is posed as an exercise in freedom and disobedience. Xela Arias makes poetry in movement, with contrasts, dynamism, playing with the orthographic rules and formats, also the dance of the Galician company plays with rhythms, fragmentations, contrasts and imbalances. Intempestiva transfers the verses of Xela Arias to the bodies of Elahood, in a shared journey with the audiences, from a feminine gaze overwhelmed in movement and dance.

A moving portrait gives creative agitation of the new generations.
